A fitness assessment is ATP's method of measuring their clients' body's specific response to exercise; it is a snapshot of their current fitness level. Each analysis is specific only to them and how their body responds to exercise. To the client, it ensures that the money they invest in their health and fitness is providing them with results that are valid, accurate, reliable, and more importantly, applicable. The results of the analysis further allow the sport science consultants at ATP to create an individualised weight management or aerobic fitness periodized training program, which were primarily only available to elite athletes at medical and educational institutions.
